Raw Materials

The manufacturing process begins with carefully selected raw materials including wood veneers, adhesives, and fillers. These materials form the foundation of the high-quality flush doors produced at Pruthvi Panels.

We use 100% Pine Wood for our frames and high-quality particle fillers to ensure durability and stability.

Timber Processing

Our timber undergoes a meticulous preparation process:

• Timber is stacked for natural sun drying to reduce moisture content
• Further drying in artificial seasoning chambers for precise moisture control
• Wood battens are made using ripsaw machines
• Grading and reshaping of battens for consistent quality

Frame Preparation

We employ advanced techniques for frame construction:

• Frames are passed through thickness planers for uniform dimensions
• Continuous frame thickness and width checking during production
• Finger joint technology for stronger joints
• Frame preparation as per door size using fasteners
• Board filling process for solid core construction

Pressing and Cutting

The assembled doors undergo a pressing and cutting process to ensure a solid and uniform construction. This step is critical in achieving the desired strength and dimensional stability of the flush doors.

We use hydraulic hot presses that apply even pressure and heat to bond all components securely.

Finishing and Treatment

Our doors receive specialized finishing treatments:

• Side finishing and chemical treatment for termite resistance
• Calibration of door surface with precision using single head calibration
• Post forming technology for enhanced durability
• Use of high-quality adhesives like Fevicol SWR+ Synthetic Resin Adhesive

Quality Inspection

Each flush door undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure compliance with quality standards. This includes checks for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity.

Our quality control team follows strict protocols to ensure every door meets our high standards before leaving the facility.

Packaging and Shipping

Once the doors pass the quality inspection, they are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Pruthvi Panels ensures secure packaging to maintain the doors' pristine condition during shipping.

We use protective corners, bubble wrapping, and sturdy packaging materials to ensure safe delivery to our customers.
